Listing agent Shannon Gilmore says Duvall owned and lived in the home from 1985 to 1995, having put it up for sale in 1994. His sister-in-law at the time, realtor Yvonne Duvall, was the listing agent, Gilmore said citing an article in the "Washington Times."
